Tessera Collection accepts VISA and MasterCard credit cards, which includes ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. At this time, we cannot accept cash, checks, or CODs.
Tessera Collection must add an 8.25% Sales Tax to all orders shipped to Texas addresses. We do not charge sales tax on items shipped to addresses outside of Texas.
Immediately upon our receipt of your Tessera Collection order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation e-mail from our electronic ordering system. You will receive a second e-mail as soon as your order ships. This e-mail will contain a tracking number with which you may track the progress of your package.

Tessera Collection will make every effort to ship international orders; however, please be advised that we must charge the customer all applicable shipping and customs fees, and we cannot guarantee delivery time.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not already been charged and/or shipped. In the event that a cancellation is submitted (via email or phone), and your order is shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
Please be advised that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and arrival of new inventory. Due to the very rapid nature of online ordering, occasionally an item may be out of stock at the moment you order it, but may not yet be indicated as Out of Stock on our web page.
If you order an item that is out of stock, we will notify you immediately via e-mail, and offer you the choice of waiting for new stock to arrive, or canceling your order. If we receive no reply to this e-mail within 24 hours, we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order.
